These Terms govern your purchase and use of products from Unyx Apps LLC ("we", "us") via unyxapps.com. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

We sell premium, production-ready web-app and SaaS source-code templates, UI kits, and prepaid deploy credits. All products are digital and delivered electronically. There is no physical product and no shipment.

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the purchased product for your own and your clients' projects, according to the tier you buy. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code except as the applicable license allows.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Charges appear on your statement as UNYX APPS.

You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the applicable product license.

Support is provided by email during our business hours. Updates are provided for the supported lifetime of each product.

Products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
